Dosi the Bully

Once upon a time, in a lush green valley filled with ferns and towering trees, lived a big, grumpy Utahraptor named Dosi. Now, Dosi wasn’t just any Utahraptor. He was the biggest, baddest, and most, well, bullyish Utahraptor in the whole valley!

He loved to show off his sharp claws and even sharper teeth, chasing smaller dinosaurs and scaring them half to death. Poor little Triceratops would tremble when Dosi puffed out his chest and let out a fearsome ROAR!

One sunny afternoon, Dosi spotted a tiny Velociraptor named Binki. Binki was exploring a patch of wildflowers, his tiny tail twitching with excitement. “Perfect!” thought Dosi, a mischievous glint in his eye.

He crept up on Binki, his claws clicking menacingly on the ground. “Well, well, well,” Dosi sneered, “look what we have here! A tiny Velociraptor, all alone!”

Binki, startled by the sudden appearance of the giant Utahraptor, tried to hide behind a fern. But Dosi, with a wicked grin, lunged forward. His massive claws slashed through the air, narrowly missing Binki, who yelped and scrambled away.

Binki darted this way and that, trying to evade Dosi’s relentless pursuit. He dodged under a fallen log, leaped over a bubbling stream, and zigzagged through a thicket of thorny bushes. But Dosi was relentless, his powerful legs carrying him swiftly across the uneven ground.

Finally, cornered against a rocky cliff face, Binki felt despair grip him. Dosi, eyes gleaming with triumph, loomed over him. “Nowhere to run, little one,” he hissed, raising his claws for the final blow.

Just then, a deep ROAR echoed through the valley. It was Rexie, the golden T-Rex! Rexie was the biggest and strongest dinosaur in the whole valley, and she was known for her kind heart.

Dosi, surprised by the sudden roar, turned to see Rexie striding towards him, her eyes flashing with anger. “Dosi!” Rexie boomed, her voice shaking the ground. “What do you think you’re doing?”

Dosi, despite his bravado, felt a shiver down his spine. He knew he was no match for Rexie. He tried to bluff, puffing out his chest and letting out a weak ROAR.

Rexie snorted in derision. “Is that all you’ve got?” she scoffed. With a powerful lunge, she charged towards Dosi, her jaws snapping shut inches from his face.

Dosi yelped and scrambled backwards, tripping over a loose rock and tumbling onto his back. He landed with a thump, the wind knocked out of him.

Rexie stood over him, her shadow looming large. “Bullying is wrong, Dosi!” she thundered. “No matter how big or strong you are, it’s never okay to hurt others.”

Dosi, shaken and humiliated, could only whimper in agreement.

“Now apologise to Binki,” Rexie commanded, her voice softening slightly.

Dosi, his voice barely a whisper, mumbled, “I’m sorry, Binki. I won’t do it again.”

Binki, surprised by Dosi’s apology, looked at him with wide eyes. He slowly nodded.

From that day on, Dosi the bully was no more. He learned that being kind and helpful was much more fun than being mean. And Binki? He made a new friend in the grumpy old Utahraptor, and they often played hide-and-seek amongst the ferns, laughing and having a wonderful time.

The End.
